[目的]观察扶正化瘀泄浊方对慢性肾衰大鼠Leptin、IL-6影响。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将40成年雄性SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为四组,10只/组。0.75%腺嘌呤350mg/Kg·d-1饲料喂养8周造模。灌胃干预:空白组、模型组10只,生理盐水,2m L/Kg·d-1;中药组10只,扶正化瘀泄浊方,20m L/Kg d-1;西药组10只,重组人红细胞生成素,10U/Kg d-1。连续给药3周,最后一次灌胃后,禁食禁水24h,腹主动脉取血;麻醉处死,取肾脏称重后研碎匀浆。观测BUN、Scr、ALB、Hb、肾脏Leptin、IL-6。[结果]造模后(连续干预)血清BUN、Scr各组均明显高于空白对照组(P<0.01),ALB、Hb各组均明显低于空白对照组(P<0.01)。Leptin、IL-6各组均明显高于空白组(P<0.05),中、西药组均明显低于模型组(P<0.05),中、西药组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]扶正化瘀泄浊方可明显降低慢性肾衰大鼠Scr、BUN,提高ALB、Hb水平;对Leptin、IL-6有明显降低作用,与重组人红细胞生成素具有等效性。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Fuzheng Huayu Xiezhuo Fang on Leptin and IL-6 in rats with chronic renal failure. [Methods] Forty adult male SD rats were divided into four groups according to random number table method using randomized parallel control method, 10 / group. 0.75% adenine 350mg / Kg · d-1 feed for 8 weeks. Gavage intervention: blank group, model group 10, saline, 2m L / Kg · d-1; Chinese medicine group 10, Fuzheng Huayu Xiezhuo Fang, 20m L / Kg d-1; Human erythropoietin, 10 U / Kg d-1. Continuous administration for 3 weeks, the last gavage, fasting for 24h, abdominal aorta blood; anesthesia sacrifice, take the kidney after weighing homogenate. Observed BUN, Scr, ALB, Hb, renal Leptin, IL-6. [Results] The levels of BUN and Scr in serum were significantly higher than those in blank control group (P <0.01) after modeling, while the levels in ALB and Hb groups were significantly lower than those in blank control group (P <0.01). Leptin and IL-6 in each group were significantly higher than those in the blank group (P <0.05). The levels of Leptin and IL-6 in the Chinese and western medicine groups were significantly lower than those in the model group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Fuzheng Huayu Xiezhuo Decoction can significantly reduce Scr, BUN and increase the levels of ALB and Hb in rats with chronic renal failure. It also has a significant effect on Leptin and IL-6, and is equivalent to recombinant human erythropoietin.
