为了探讨积极心理干预对卫生职业院校青年教师幸福感的促进作用。对某卫生职业院校96名青年教师进行总体幸福感的问卷调查,通过10次团体活动进行心理干预后再次进行问卷调查并评价干预效果。卫生职业院校男女教师的总体幸福感水平均高于常模,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。干预后男、女教师的总体幸福感水平均高于干预前,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。其中男、女教师的精力和兴趣、对行为以及情感的控制、松弛与紧张因子水平均显著性升高(P<0.05);对健康的担心、愉快或抑郁的心境因子,女教师显著性升高(P<0.05),男教师则无显著性差异(P>0.05);对生活的满足因子男、女教师干预前后均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。所以基于积极心理学视角下的团体心理干预能显著提升卫生职业院校青年教师的总体幸福感水平。
In order to explore the promotion effect of positive psychological intervention on the happiness of young teachers in health vocational colleges. A total of 96 young teachers in a health vocational college were surveyed on the overall well-being. After conducting psychological intervention through 10 group activities, questionnaires were conducted again and the effect of the intervention was evaluated. The overall level of well-being of male and female teachers in vocational schools was higher than that of norm, with significant difference (P <0.01). After intervention, male and female teachers’ general happiness level were higher than before intervention, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Among them, male and female teachers’ energy and interest, their behavior and emotion control, relaxation and stress factors were significantly increased (P <0.05); for health concerns, happy or depressed mood factors, female teachers significantly increased (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between male teachers and male teachers (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in male and female teachers’ satisfaction factors before and after intervention (P> 0.05). Therefore, group psychological intervention based on the positive psychology perspective can significantly improve the general well-being of young teachers in health vocational colleges.
