20GW/100Hz脉冲功率源是一台基于Tesla变压器技术的重复频率脉冲功率装置,设计功率20GW,脉宽40ns,重频1~100Hz,输出功率及重频指标在一定范围内可调。介绍了20GW/100Hz脉冲功率源的系统构成,电气及结构参数的确定方法,关键部件的工程工艺技术,并分析了关键绝缘部件的电场分布。实验调试结果表明,20GW/100Hz脉冲功率源运行稳定可靠,重频工作时输出电压分散性小于1%,可应用于高功率微波及强流束产生等物理实验研究。
The 20GW / 100Hz pulse power source is a repetitive-frequency pulse power device based on the Tesla transformer technology. The designed power is 20GW, the pulse width is 40ns and the repetition frequency is 1 ~ 100Hz. The output power and the repetition rate index can be adjusted within a certain range. The system constitution, electrical and structural parameters determination methods and engineering technology of key components of 20GW / 100Hz pulse power source are introduced. The electric field distribution of key insulation components is also analyzed. The experimental results show that the 20GW / 100Hz pulsed power source is stable and reliable, the output voltage dispersion is less than 1% when it is used in the repetitive frequency operation, and it can be used in the physics experiments such as high power microwave and strong beam generation.
