为客观评估深基坑邻近的砌体结构房屋的安全风险等级,基于综合风险指数矩阵法建立具有实操性的安全风险评估模型。根据深基坑施工对房屋的影响机理及砌体结构的受损机理,从深基坑和砌体房屋2个方面各选取4个二级评价指标;利用层次分析法结合改进灰色关联度法确定指标权重;提出具有区分度的评价标准和赋值方法,并同时考虑修正系数来综合评定砌体房屋的安全风险等级;最后通过工程实例,该评价模型的可操作性和可靠性得到了有效验证。
In order to objectively evaluate the safety risk level of masonry structure houses near deep foundation pit, a practical risk assessment model based on comprehensive risk index matrix is established. According to the influence mechanism of deep foundation pit construction on the house and the damage mechanism of the masonry structure, four second-level evaluation indexes are selected from two aspects of deep foundation pit and masonry buildings respectively. The analytic hierarchy process and the improved gray relational degree method are used to determine The index weight is proposed; evaluation criteria and evaluation methods with distinguishing degree are put forward, and the safety risk level of masonry building is evaluated synthetically by considering the correction coefficient. Finally, the feasibility and reliability of the evaluation model are validated through engineering examples.
