随着我国高速铁路的迅速发展,无缝长钢轨的施工已经成为铁路发展的主要施工内容,也代表着高速铁路轨道发展的技术水平。长钢轨铺设后,须对长钢轨进行多次调整(俗称的轨道精调),使其几何状态符合设计要求,加强轨道精调质量对于保证线路质量达标以满足列车350km/h的速度要求,定期开展联调联试及动态验收工作,起到至关重要的作用。笔者参加过京沪高速铁路无砟轨道静态,动态两个阶段的技术实践,对轨道精调技术进行了系统的研究,本文对轨道精调技术进行一些讨论,通过轨道精调施工的前期策划准备、人员、设备资源的配置,从而影响其工期以及经营情况。
