提出一种基于霍夫(Hough)变换的数字全息粒子尺寸测量方法。该方法是先对粒子场全息图的数字再现像进行聚焦像合成、图像边缘提取处理后,再通过Hough变换圆检测得到粒子尺寸大小和位置信息,实现粒子信息的测量。分别对2D粒子场和3D粒子场进行了计算机模拟,并以直径为90μm标准粒子为研究对象进行了实验研究,测量绝对误差为6μm。研究结果证明了该方法的可行性。
A holographic particle size measurement method based on Hough transform is proposed. In this method, particle size and position information are obtained through Hough transform circle detection after focusing image synthesis and image edge extraction of digital reproduction images of particle field hologram, so as to measure particle information. The 2D particle field and the 3D particle field were simulated by computer. The experimental study on 90μm standard particle was carried out. The absolute error of measurement was 6μm. The result of the research proves the feasibility of this method.
