为了满足高淀粉品种选育的需求 ,通过国际合作项目 ,广泛引进资源材料 ,筛选出淀粉含量高、开花习性好、后代干率高的高淀粉亲本AB940 0 1 .8、1 940 39 1、AB940 0 78.1等。利用其与国内高干亲本血缘较远的特点 ,组配强优组合 ,使后代高干品系入选率提高到 7.1 %。同时筛选出高干且高抗茎线虫病AB940 0 78.1 ,在高干和抗茎线虫病品种的选育与生产上发挥巨大的作用。并提出高淀粉亲本筛选的基本原则
