目的 :从释放的角度 ,比较、筛选出适合于丹参凝胶剂的基质。方法 :采用透析膜扩散法进行体外释药试验 ,以HPLC测定丹参素的累积释放量 ,比较了不同浓度各基质 (HPMC、Carbopol、PVA)对丹参素释放的影响。 结果 :不同基质的释药能力各不相同 ,同种基质不同浓度的释药能力也各不相同。随着浓度的增大 ,释药能力呈下降趋势 ,释药过程符合Higuchi动力学方程。 结论 :选用中浓度的HPMC为基质制备丹参凝胶剂较为适宜
Objective: From the release point of view, compare and filter out the matrix suitable for Salvia gel. Methods: The drug release test was carried out by dialysis membrane diffusion method. The cumulative release of Danshensu was determined by HPLC. The effects of different concentrations of matrix (HPMC, Carbopol, PVA) on the release of Danshensu were compared. Results: The release ability of different matrices varied, and the release ability of different matrices of different matrices varied. With the increase of concentration, the drug release ability showed a downward trend and the release process accorded with Higuchi kinetic equation. Conclusion: The medium concentration of HPMC as matrix preparation of Danshen gel is more appropriate
