目的:采用HPLC研究广西不同产地毛果算盘子的指纹图谱。方法:采用Hypersil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇(A)-0.2%磷酸(B)梯度洗脱(0~7 min,10%A;7~15 min,10%~22%A;15~20 min,22%~30%A;20~30 min,30%~40%A;30~45 min,40%A),检测波长270 nm,柱温20℃,流速1.0 m L·min-1,分析时间45 min。分析了10批毛果算盘子药材的HPLC指纹图谱。应用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)计算相似度。结果:建立了广西产毛果算盘子的指纹图谱,且相似度较好,根据相似度分析确定了9个构成毛果算盘子药材指纹图谱的特征峰。结论:该方法简单、稳定、重复性好,可用于毛果算盘子药材的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To study the fingerprints of Burkina Faso from different areas in Guangxi by HPLC. METHODS: Hypersil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) and mobile phase methanol (A) -0.2% phosphoric acid (B) were used for gradient elution (0-7 min, 10% A, 7-15 min, 22% A; 15-20 min, 22-30% A; 20-30 min, 30-40% A; 30-45 min, 40% A) at a detection wavelength of 270 nm with a column temperature of 20 ° C and a flow rate of 1.0 m L · min-1, analysis time 45 min. The HPLC fingerprinting of 10 batches of abalones was analyzed. Application Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system (2004A version) to calculate the similarity. Results: The fingerprinting of abalone in Guangxi was established and the similarity was good. According to the similarity analysis, the nine characteristic peaks of the fingerprints in the abalone were determined. Conclusion: The method is simple, stable and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Fructus Abacus medicinal materials.
