目的:评价小梁切除术联合白内障囊外摘除术和后房型人工晶体植入(三联手术)在青光眼合并白内障的疗效。方法:回顾性研究18例(19眼)不同类型的青光眼合并白内障的病例,每一例均接受该三联手术。平均随访14.7个月(2～20个月)。结果:所有病人眼压控制良好,其中一例需加用抗青光眼药物治疗。78.9％的病人视力达到0.3以上。手术并发症包括前葡萄膜炎及少量前房出血。但均在二周内得到控制吸收。结论:该三联手术能良好的控制白内障合并青光眼的眼压及提高视力,而且是安全的。眼科学报1995;11:205—207。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of trabeculectomy combined with extracapsular cataract extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation (triple surgery) in glaucoma with cataract. Methods: A retrospective study of 18 cases (19 eyes) of different types of glaucoma with cataract cases, each case received the triple surgery. The average follow-up was 14.7 months (2 to 20 months). Results: IOP was well controlled in all patients, one of which required anti-glaucoma medication. 78.9% of patients achieved visual acuity of 0.3 or more. Surgical complications include anterior uveitis and a small amount of hyphema. But both were absorbed within two weeks. Conclusion: This triple operation can well control the intraocular pressure (IOP) and improve visual acuity of cataract combined with glaucoma and is safe. Journal of Ophthalmology 1995; 11: 205-207.
