教师和学生作为教育实施的主体,关系复杂。教师要不断拓展知识面,丰富英语学识素养,与学生经常做多种形式的沟通交流,而学生应乐于听课,乐于倾听教师教导,在相互交流中不断提升自己的学习成绩。因此课堂课外的教学需要学生与老师的共同参与完善,教师在加强教学技能方法额同时,学生也应有主人公的角色担当。
