一、导言就目前情况来看,要扩大等离子弧焊接工艺的应用范围,有两个主要问题必须解决。一是随着被焊材料厚度的增大焊接规范域变窄,特别是在焊接厚度>6毫米时,焊接规范参数(离子气流量、焊接电流等)稽微变化即会导致未焊透或烧穿;一是焊接环形件时,收弧处容易产生气孔。这两个问题是与等离子弧焊枪的性能密切相关的;而焊枪性能的优劣,关键在喷嘴的结构型式和尺寸。
