超声波不仅有溶栓的效果,还可以协助溶栓药物以增加溶栓的效果。超声波直接照射的溶栓作用和辅助溶栓药物的核心原理是空化效应。脉冲式低频、低功率超声照射的有效性可以满足常规溶栓需求,安全性较好。微泡超声造影剂与常规超声波照射联合,可以明显增强超声波的溶栓效果。微泡超声造影剂还可以在加工后用于靶向溶栓,在溶栓治疗中具有良好的应用前景。
