目的:用抗癌药物平阳霉素(BLMA5)和顺氯氨铂(PDD)对人食管腺(HEC6)和人食管鳞癌鳞癌(HEC2)两种裸鼠移植瘤株进行治疗的研究。方法:用同一种药物对两种不同瘤株进行治疗;用不同药物治疗同一种瘤株;用单药或联合用药的方法进行药物疗效的比较。结果:BLMA5在单药的情况下对HEC6有一定的抑制作用,对HEC2相对不明显。HEC6和HEC2对PDD单药都不敏感,但BLMA5和PDD联合用药时对HEC6和HEC2移植瘤都显示出极明显的抑制作用。且在显著抑制肿瘤生长的剂量下,对内脏无明显损害。结论:对人类食管腺鳞癌和鳞癌的治疗,BLMA5与PDD联合用药优于单药治疗
OBJECTIVE: To study the treatment of transplanted tumors of human esophageal gland (HEC6) and human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (HEC2) in nude mice using anticancer drugs Pingyangmycin (BLMA5) and cisplatin (PDD). METHODS: Two different tumor strains were treated with the same drug; different drugs were used to treat the same tumor strain; drug efficacy was compared by single or combination therapy. RESULTS: BLMA5 had a certain inhibitory effect on HEC6 in the case of single drug, but it was not obvious on HEC2. HEC6 and HEC2 were not sensitive to PDD alone, but the combination of BLMA5 and PDD showed a significant inhibitory effect on both HEC6 and HEC2 xenografts. And at a dose that significantly inhibited tumor growth, there was no significant damage to the viscera. Conclusion: The combination of BLMA5 and PDD is superior to monotherapy in the treatment of human esophageal adenosquamous carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma
