我国机械工业热处理每年耗电量为23.9亿度(不包括约10%非用电设备),占机械工业用电量的27%。全国热处理用电设备总容量为380万千瓦。设备利用率仅25%左右,电力浪费竟达12亿度。而日本每年热处理耗电仅5.9亿度,其钢产量却比我国多。我国热处理能耗指标少数厂为500度/吨左右,多数厂为1000度/吨。因此,热处理节能潜力很大。
China’s machinery industry heat treatment annual consumption of 2.39 billion degrees (excluding about 10% of non-electrical equipment), accounting for 27% of the electricity consumption of machinery industry. The total capacity of the national heat treatment power equipment is 3.8 million kilowatts. Equipment utilization is only about 25%, power consumption actually reached 1.2 billion degrees. However, the annual heat treatment in Japan consumes only 590 million kWh of electricity, while its steel output is more than that of our country. China’s heat treatment energy consumption index of a few plants for the 500 degrees / ton, most of the plant is 1000 degrees / ton. Therefore, energy saving has great potential for heat treatment.
