选用 3个小麦品种 ,研究了化学杂交剂 (CHA)BAU940 3的诱导雄性不育效果及对群体光合速率和千粒重的影响 .结果表明 ,选用适宜的喷药时期和剂量喷施BAU940 3,可获得 95 %以上的雄性不育率 喷药后群体光合速率明显升高 ,但随着测定时期的推迟 ,这种现象越来越不明显 ;而喷药后千粒重则呈下降趋势 ,品种间有明显差异 .喷药后各时期的光合速率与千粒重间无显著的相关关系 .
Three wheat cultivars were selected to study the effects of chemical hybridization agent (CHA) BAU940 3 on male sterility and their effects on population photosynthesis rate and 1000-grain weight. The results showed that BAU940 3 More than 95% of the male sterility rate of the population photosynthetic rate was significantly increased, but with the postponement of the measurement period, the phenomenon is less obvious; and spray after the 1000-grain weight was a downward trend, there was a significant difference between varieties There was no significant correlation between photosynthetic rate and 1000-grain weight after spraying.
