根据弹性腔理论及Nyboer氏公式导得阻抗血流图计算肺循环时间常数的公式,并用肺泡加压法改变狗肺循环的时间常数。结果表明:随着肺泡压的升高,时间常数增大,加压至1.0kPa(?)时,与加压前比较有极显著差异(P<0.01)。如能改进阻抗仪有关技术参数及找到正确的阻抗电极位置,就有可能作为无创伤测量肺循环参数的方法而应用于临床。
Based on the elastic cavity theory and the Nyboer’s formula, the impedance blood flow diagram was used to calculate the formula of the pulmonary circulation time constant, and the alveolar pressure was used to change the time constant of the dog pulmonary circulation. The results showed that with the increase of alveolar pressure, the time constant increased. When the pressure was increased to 1.0kPa (?), There was a significant difference (P <0.01) compared with that before compression. If the impedance meter to improve the technical parameters and to find the correct impedance electrode position, it is possible as noninvasive measurement of pulmonary circulation parameters and clinical application.
