全自动移栽机能够很好地解决劳动力不足、作业效率低下等问题,被国内外普遍认为是提高产量的发展方向,该机也能够满足我国旱田移栽的农艺需要。为此,设计了一种曲柄滑道连杆式顶出机构和重力调节落苗机构相综合的移栽关键部件。该移栽部件采用全自动间歇式水平方向送秧方式,具有运动平稳、结构简单、加工方便、制造成本低廉等优点。根据该机构结构特点和工作原理,应用三维造型软件UG创建完整的虚拟样机模型,应用UG与ADAMS进行数据交换、虚拟仿真,得出在以200颗/min速度移栽时,钵苗在下落0.6s时成直立方向,栽植机构配合良好。

The transplanting component adopts the automatic intermittent horizontal horizontal seedling feeding method, which has the advantages of stable movement, simple structure, convenient processing, low manufacturing cost and the like. According to the structural characteristics and working principle of the organization, a complete virtual prototype model is created by using three-dimensional modeling software UG. The data exchange and the virtual simulation are carried out by using UG and ADAMS. The results show that when the seedlings are transplanted at a speed of 200 / min, s upright direction, planting institutions with good.
