复发性自然流产病因复杂,仍有近50%的复发性流产病因不明。辅助性T细胞1型(Th1)和2型(Th2)失衡是复发性流产的重要特征。雌激素与其受体结合后可通过基因途径和快速信号反应途径影响T细胞功能,进而影响Thl/Th2型细胞因子间的动态平衡,可能导致复发性流产。雌激素受体在绒毛和蜕膜组织中表达量降低也可能导致复发性流产的发生。通过对雌激素受体与T细胞功能的分析,着重对雌激素受体与复发性流产的相关研究综述。
Recurrent spontaneous abortion causes complex, there are still nearly 50% of the recurrent abortion etiology. The imbalance of helper T cell type 1 (Th1) and type 2 (Th2) is an important feature of recurrent spontaneous abortion. The combination of estrogen and its receptor can affect T cell function through gene pathway and rapid signal response, and then affect the dynamic balance of Th1 / Th2 cytokines, which may lead to recurrent spontaneous abortion. Reduced expression of estrogen receptors in villi and decidua may also lead to recurrent spontaneous abortion. Through the analysis of the function of estrogen receptor and T cell, the research on estrogen receptor and recurrent spontaneous abortion is emphasized.
