目的:研究锦灯笼果实总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法:在单因素基础上,通过正交试验考察乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间以及提取次数4个因素对锦灯笼果实总黄酮提取量的影响,用紫外-可见分光光度计对锦灯笼果实总黄酮含量进行测定,得到最佳提取工艺。结果:锦灯笼果实总黄酮最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数60%、料液比1∶30、提取时间30 min、提取3次,平均提取量2.00 mg.g-1。结论:乙醇超声法可以用于锦灯笼果实总黄酮的提取,其中料液比对总黄酮提取量的影响最大。
Objective: To study the best extraction technology of total flavonoids from Jinguang fruits. Methods: On the basis of single factor, the effects of ethanol volume fraction, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and the number of extraction on the total flavonoid extract of Jinyangguantong fruit were studied by orthogonal test. The effects of UV-visible spectrophotometer Determination of total flavonoids content, the best extraction process. Results: The optimal extraction technology of total flavonoids from Jingui lantern was 60% ethanol, 1:30 material-to-liquid ratio, 30 min extraction time and 3 extraction times. The average extraction yield was 2.00 mg.g-1. Conclusion: Ethanol ultrasound can be used to extract total flavonoids from Jinguanggu fruit, in which the ratio of solid to liquid has the strongest effect on the total flavonoids extraction.
