患者男,48岁。平素体健,体检B超发现膀胱后方实质性包块入院。CT示:盆腔内见一软组织肿块,界清,其内可见粗条状钙化,实性软组织部分密度较均匀,CT值约为25 HU(图1);盆腔、腹膜腔见多发肿大淋巴结。MRI扫描示:盆腔上份(膀胱直肠间隙)肿块,大小约为5.0 cm×5.18 cm×6.52 cm,界清,T1WI、T2WI肿块内均可见粗条状极低信号(结合CT为钙化),余实性软组织成份信
Male patient, 48 years old. Usually physical health, physical examination B-found substantial mass of the bladder after admission. CT showed: a soft tissue mass seen in the pelvis, the border clear, which can be seen within the rough-like calcification, solid tissue density is more uniform, CT value of about 25 HU (Figure 1); pelvic, peritoneal see multiple swollen lymph nodes. The MRI scan showed that the mass of pelvic cavity (rectum of bladder) was 5.0 cm × 5.18 cm × 6.52 cm.
