批评作为一种具有强烈心理刺激和情绪波动特点的工作方式,素来被视为工作中的难点。教研员在工作中,总免不了要对自己的主要工作对象——教师实施批评。如何使诚意的批评既具有技巧性,又收到预期效果呢?笔者认为主要有以下几种批评类型。直面式批评。即对被批评者当面实施批评。这是一种较为严厉的批评方式。教研员实施这种批评,主要视其两点:一是思想性问题。有的教师的思想性问题,学校领导批评和疏导均不奏效,而教研员出面,运用情感和权威的力量,公正客观而又有针对性地进行批
