一、前言声发射法是六十年代发展起来的新技术,它在材料研究和各种工程结构的安全监控方面的应用已越来越广泛。尤其在断裂力学试验中,用声发射法监测材料的开裂点,已经取得了很大成绩。而且这种新技术在通常的材料试验中,也能够发挥它的作用。本文着重介绍用声发射法测定20CrMnTi钢的碳氮共渗和渗碳试样的抗弯强度。
I. Introduction The acoustic emission method is a new technology developed in the 1960s. It has been applied more and more widely in material research and safety monitoring of various engineering structures. Especially in the fracture mechanics test, the acoustic emission method is used to monitor the cracking point of the material and great achievements have been made. And this new technology can also play its role in common material testing. This article focuses on the measurement of flexural strength of carbonitrided and carburized specimens of 20CrMnTi steel by acoustic emission.
