建立了测定方便面调味料中己二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHA)和16种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)类增塑剂的同位素稀释-气相色谱-质谱方法。方便面固体调味料样品(包括固体调味粉,脱水食物包)、调味酱包样品分别用乙腈和正己烷饱和的乙腈提取,提取液经SILICA/CARB柱净化后,采用同位素稀释的GC-MS法定性定量。DEHA和16种PAEs经内标校正后的线性R2≥0.9990,线性范围为0.02~1.0 mg/L,方法的定量限为0.1 mg/kg,内标相对回收率83.6%~119.1%,RSD≤10%。方法有效地解决了由于样品中含有色素和油脂而造成的GC-MS基质效应增强的问题。
An isotope dilution-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method for the determination of di-2-ethylhexyl adipate (DEHA) and 16 kinds of phthalates (PAEs) Samples of instant seasoning solid seasonings (including solid seasoning powder, dehydrated food package) and seasoning sauce samples were respectively extracted with acetonitrile saturated with n-hexane and purified by SILICA / CARB column, followed by isotope dilution GC-MS Quantitative. The calibration curve of DEHA and 16 kinds of PAEs was R2≥0.9990 after calibration. The linear range was 0.02-1.0 mg / L. The limit of quantification was 0.1 mg / kg. The relative internal standard recoveries were 83.6% -119.1%, RSD≤10 %. The method effectively solves the problem that the matrix effect of GC-MS is enhanced due to the pigment and grease in the sample.
