航空工业总公司成立以来的第一次民品工作会议于7月8日～11日在北京举行,会议的主要任务是,以两个根本性转变为指导,贯彻航空工业“突出主体,加强两翼,发展经济,振兴航空”的指导方针,落实“三大两高”的经济发展战略,总结“八五”以来航空工业民品发展的经济教训,围绕转变观念、大力加强市场开发这个主题,进一步落实航空工业腾飞计划和“九五”计划。这次会议被与会者称之为航空民品发展第二次创业动员会。会议要求全行业的职工动员起来,为实现航空工业民品“九五”发展目标,振兴航空工业的经济而奋斗。
The first civilian work conference since the establishment of Aviation Industry Corporation was held in Beijing from July 8th to 11th. The main task of the meeting was to implement the aviation industry as “prominent subject and strengthen two wings,” guided by two fundamental changes. Guideline for the development of economy and rejuvenation of aviation, implementation of the “three major and two high” economic development strategies, summarizing the economic lessons from the civil aviation industry development since the “Eighth Five-Year Plan”, focusing on the theme of changing concepts and vigorously strengthening market development to further implement aviation Industrial take-off plan and the Ninth Five-Year Plan. The conference was called by participants as the second entrepreneurial mobilization meeting for aviation civil product development. The meeting called for employees of the entire industry to mobilize and strive to achieve the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” development goals for civil aviation industry and revitalize the aviation industry’s economy.
