针对AEA(Alopex-based evolutionary algorithm)算法收敛速度慢的缺陷,本文给出一种融合了单纯形搜索方法的改进算法SMAEA(Alopex-based evolutionary algorithm with simplex search method)。它将AEA算法和单纯形依次混合迭代,利用单纯形法进行局部搜索,从而加快算法的收敛速度。在15个标准测试函数上进行试验,结果表明SMAEA的寻优能力要好于AEA算法。最后,改进的算法用于重油热解反应动力学参数的估计,结果也表明本文算法的有效性。
AEA (Alopex-based evolutionary algorithm) algorithm is a slow convergence algorithm. This paper presents an improved algorithm called SMAEA (Alopex-based evolutionary algorithm with simplex search method). It iteratively mixes the AEA algorithm and the simplex one after another, using the simplex method for local search, thus accelerating the convergence speed of the algorithm. Experiments on 15 standard test functions show that the optimization ability of SMAEA is better than AEA algorithm. Finally, the improved algorithm is used to estimate the kinetic parameters of heavy oil pyrolysis reaction. The results also show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
