口干症是头颈部放射治疗后的主要并发症之一,严重影响患者的生存质量。传统的治疗方式主要有人工唾液、药物治疗及调强放疗技术等,仅能缓解口干症状,但无法彻底治愈,一些还伴随着副作用的产生。近年来组织工程学和细胞治疗技术的发展,为口干症的治疗提供一种新的方式。本文将对放射性涎腺损伤治疗的研究进展作一综述。
Dry mouth is one of the main complications after head and neck radiotherapy, seriously affecting the quality of life of patients. The traditional treatment methods are mainly artificial saliva, drug treatment and intensity modulated radiotherapy techniques, which can only relieve dry mouth symptoms, but can not be completely cured, and some are accompanied by side effects. In recent years, tissue engineering and cell therapy technology for the treatment of dry mouth provides a new way. This article will review the progress of the treatment of radiation salivary gland injury.
