Goal management is the leadership of the organization, in accordance with the situation facing the organization and the needs of the society, to formulate the overall goals that the organization needs to achieve within a certain period of time. Then it is implemented at various levels, requiring the supervisory staff of all subordinate departments so that each employee can work out according to the superior.
