1.采用远红外加热技术,节约检修用电在节能活动中,我们对烘烤电机的烘干箱进行了技术改造。过去,我段采用120千瓦的电热丝烘干箱烘烤东风_4型内燃机车的3000千瓦同步牵引发电机、410千瓦牵引电动机、80千瓦起动发电机、45/36千伏安励磁机和ND_4型机车的2470千瓦同步牵引发电机、659千瓦牵引电动机等大、中型电机以及东风5型机车上的同类型电机。按每月烘烤9台电机、烘干时间为12小时计算,每月耗电量为13198度。我们采用了远红外新技术改造了电热丝的烘干箱,经反复试验,调整了碳化硅板的角度,收到了显著效果。只需60千瓦就可代替原120千瓦的电热丝烘干箱。
1. The use of far-infrared heating technology to save electricity overhaul In energy-saving activities, we conducted a technical transformation of the baking box baking motor. Only 60 kilowatts can replace the original 120 kilowatts of electric wire drying box.
