目的:观察新兵入伍训练对士兵心脏功能的影响。方法:随机抽取某部新兵94例,在入伍训练前和训练3个月后分别进行超声心动图检查,测量左心收缩及舒张功能相关评价指标,对比分析训练前后的变化。结果:与入伍训练前比较,训练3个月后舒张期左心室容积(LVEDV)、每搏输出量(SV)、心输出量(CO)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)显著增加(P<0.05),左心室短轴缩短率(LVFS)、左心室壁厚度变化不显著(P>0.05);训练后二尖瓣口血流速度E峰降低、左心室等容舒张时间(IVRT)延长显著(P<0.05),IVRT尚在正常范围,E/A在训练前后差别不显著(P>0.05);冠状静脉内径、冠状静脉血流量在训练前后差别不显著(P>0.05),血流速度、血流速度时间向量积分(VTI)非常显著增加(P<0.01);训练3个月后的心率(HR)显著低于入伍训练前(P<0.05)。结论:新兵入伍训练能够增强左心室收缩功能,提高心肌储备力。
Objective: To observe the impact of recruits training on the cardiac function of soldiers. Methods: A total of 94 recruits were recruited randomly. Echocardiography was performed before and 3 months after training. The indexes related to left ventricular systolic and diastolic function were measured and compared before and after training. Results: LVEDV, SV, CO and LVEF increased significantly after training for 3 months (P < 0.05), left ventricular shortening rate (LVFS) and left ventricular wall thickness (P> 0.05). E-peak mitral inflow velocity decreased and left ventricular isovolumic relaxation time (IVRT) prolonged significantly (P <0.05). The IVRT was still in the normal range, but the difference of E / A before and after training was not significant (P> 0.05). The diameter of coronary vein and coronary venous flow were not significantly different before and after training (P> 0.05) (P <0.01). The heart rate (HR) after 3 months training was significantly lower than that before training (P <0.05). Conclusion: The recruits training can enhance left ventricular systolic function and improve myocardial reserve.
