目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病饮食控制对妊娠结局的影响。方法 180例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,按照数字抽取分成研究组与对照组,每组90例,研究组采用饮食控制方法 ,对照组未实施干预方法 ,并选取同时期90例健康孕妇作为正常组进行比较,统计分析三组孕妇及新生儿发生并发症几率。结果研究组孕妇羊水过多者发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组新生儿巨大儿、新生儿低血糖、新生儿住院发生率少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病饮食控制,可以减少围生期母儿并发症,对于妊娠结局具有良好促进效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of gestational diabetes diet control on pregnancy outcome. Methods Pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus (180 pregnant women) were divided into study group and control group according to the numbers. Each group included 90 cases. The study group adopted diet control method, and the control group did not carry out the intervention method. 90 healthy pregnant women in the same period were selected as the normal group , Statistical analysis of three groups of pregnant women and neonatal complications probability. Results The incidence of oligohydramnios in pregnant women in study group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). The incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia and neonatal hypoglycemia in study group was less than that in control group Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Gestational diabetic diet control can reduce the perinatal complications of maternal and child, and has a good promotion effect on pregnancy outcome.
