绩效考核已在大部分发电企业中实行,如何利用绩效考核来提升经济效益和管理效益,是发电企业人力资源管理的难点问题。文章以效益为目标,引入动态思想,探讨了发电企业动态绩效考核的维度和层次,设计了发电企业动态多维绩效考核指标体系,运用AHP法建立了发电企业动态多维绩效评估模型,实现了绩效考核的动态管理,为发电企业绩效管理提供了借鉴和参考。
Performance appraisal has been implemented in most power generation enterprises. How to use performance appraisal to enhance economic benefits and management benefits is a difficult issue in human resources management in power generation enterprises. The article takes the benefit as the goal, introduces the dynamic thinking, discusses the dimension and level of dynamic performance appraisal of power generation enterprises, designs the dynamic multidimensional performance appraisal index system of power generation enterprises, establishes the dynamic multidimensional performance appraisal model of power generation enterprises with AHP method, Dynamic management, which provides a reference for the performance management of power generation enterprises.
