目的 从中药苞蔷薇根中提取的化学成分硕苞蔷薇 (+) -儿茶素 ((+) -Catechin,CAT) ,通过铝超载模型来研究 CAT对铝中毒小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法 在小鼠的饮水和饲料中添加铝来造成小鼠体内铝超载 ,给药组在造模的同时给予 CAT或去铁胺 (desferrioxamine methane sulphonate,DFO) ,4周后 ,观察各组小鼠的学习记忆能力。并取血、脑和肾来测定血清和组织匀浆中 SOD、MDA、MAO-B变化的水平。结果 CAT能非常显著地改善铝超载小鼠的记忆能力 ;非常显著地提高血清、脑和肾组织匀浆中的 SOD水平 ,降低血清、脑和肾组织匀浆中的 MDA的生成 ,降低脑中的 MOA-B的水平。结论 CAT能改善铝超载所致的小鼠学习记忆障碍 ,并且具有很强的抗氧化能力
Objective To study the effect of CAT on learning and memory abilities in aluminum poisoning mice by using aluminum overload model to study the chemical composition extracted from the roots of Chinese herbal medicine Rose (+)-catechin ((+)-Catechin, CAT). Methods Aluminium was added to mice’s drinking water and feed to cause aluminum overload in mice. In the administration group, CAT or desferrioxamine methane sulphonate (DFO) was given at the same time. After 4 weeks, mice in each group were observed. Learning and memory skills. Blood, brain, and kidneys were taken to determine the levels of SOD, MDA, and MAO-B in serum and tissue homogenates. RESULTS CAT could significantly improve the memory capacity of aluminum overloaded mice; it significantly increased SOD levels in serum, brain and kidney homogenates, reduced the production of MDA in the serum, brain and kidney homogenates, and reduced the brain The level of MOA-B. Conclusion CAT can improve the learning and memory impairment caused by aluminum overload and has strong antioxidant capacity.
