随着我国股票市场的日渐成熟,IPO注册制的呼声越来越高。IPO注册制与现行的核准制不同,不需要监管机构对上市公司进行实质审核,只要履行披露义务即可上市。但是,我国现阶段的股票市场推行注册制还需进一步完善。本文IPO注册制改革为切入点,提出了我国股票市场存在的问题,并给出相应建议。 As China’s stock market matures, the voice of IPO registration system is getting higher and higher. IPO registration system and the current approval system is different, do not require the supervisory body substantive examination of listed companies, as long as the disclosure obligations to the market. However, the registration system of the current stock market in our country needs to be further improved. This article IPO registration system reform as a starting point, put forward the problems in China’s stock market, and gives the corresponding recommendations.
