1国民经济对60000m~3/h等级空分的需求随着科学技术的不断进步,国民经济对氧气的需求也不断增加,由于单位氧气产品的投资和能耗随着装置能力的加大而降低,因而在工艺流程和设备不断创新的同时,空分设备也在向大型化发展。目前国际上主要空分厂商(法液空、APCI、林德)都已生产出90000-100000m~3/h等级(3200～3500T/DO_2)的特大型空分,主要用于石化、煤制气和煤制油项目。
