民族文化旅游区导游服务人员是景区的形象代表,民族文化的传播者,其素质高低成为景区竞争力的重要因素之一。本文在SPPS分析的基础上,通过问卷调查,针对相关结论提出相应的对策,以提供优质导游服务,提高游客满意度。
National Culture Tourist Area tour guide service personnel is the representative of the image of the area, the dissemination of national culture, the level of its quality to become an important factor in the competitiveness of scenic spots. On the basis of SPPS analysis, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures according to the relevant conclusions by means of questionnaire survey, in order to provide high quality guide service and improve tourist satisfaction.
