Open my real mailing list, there is a very special real mailing. This is a registered envelope sent to Beijing by the two branches of Changsha City, Hunan Province on November 29, 1989. There is no stamp on the seal, but a green ink printed with a set of numbers, place names, weight, postage as one of the “paper bag registration label.” Reach, weight, postage are handwritten. This label belongs to what kind of stamps? Check the information there is no answer. I remember when I was from the Changsha Philatelic Company, I bought several sets of marshals and the top ten general postcards, is it “print” registration? Why not post stamps and stamped “print” stamp it? .
