本文以D公司为案例探讨了基于胜任特征的培训体系,并在D公司胜任特征模型研究的基础上分析了公司培训需求模型与针对不同维度的培训方法。
In this paper, D company is discussed as a case based on competency-based training system, and based on the research of D company’s competency model, the company’s training needs model and the training methods for different dimensions are analyzed.
