实验研究了在不同波长、不同脉宽激光作用下,光学薄膜破坏的重复率效应并结合理论分析和在破坏过程中的光热监测,探讨了光学薄膜累积破坏的机理。
The effect of repetition rate of optical thin film destruction under different wavelength and different pulse width laser was experimentally studied, and the mechanism of cumulative damage of optical thin film was discussed based on theoretical analysis and photothermal monitoring in the process of damage.
