以动力灾害发生机理分析与针对性防治为目标,提出了一种诠释动力灾害发生的机理。分析表明:动力灾害的发生可从3个层次来考虑:压力源头、传导路径、释放终端。为此提出“消除源头、弱化传导、加强终端”的动力灾害防治理念:摸清压力源头是有的放矢的首要条件;合理有效的软化煤岩体措施可降低或消除动力灾害对释放终端的影响;明确实施“消除源头、弱化传导、加强终端”的准确时机,及早“加强终端”的支护强度。该防治策略可分阶段进行防治措施的设计与实施,也可以采用模块化设计,且在模块间具有替代化实施的特征。
Based on the analysis of the mechanism of dynamic disasters and targeted prevention and treatment, a mechanism explaining the occurrence of dynamic disasters is proposed. Analysis shows that: the occurrence of dynamic disasters can be considered from three levels: the source of stress, the path of conduction, the release of terminals. For this reason, we put forward the concept of power disaster prevention and control that “eliminate the source, weaken the transmission and strengthen the terminal.” To find out the source of stress is the first and foremost condition. The reasonable and effective measures to soften coal and rock mass can reduce or eliminate the impact of dynamic disasters on the release terminal ; Clear implementation of “eliminate the source, weakening conduction, strengthening the terminal ” the exact timing, early “strengthening the terminal ” support intensity. The prevention and cure strategy can be used to design and implement prevention and treatment measures in phases. Modular design can also be adopted with the characteristics of alternative implementation among modules.
