用共沉淀法合成了三个系列的DeSO_x催化剂:铜类催化剂、铈类催化剂、铜铈类催化剂.模拟流化催化裂化(FCC)条件,分别考察了催化剂的组成、水热处理.反应温度、体系中氧气浓度对SO_x吸附容量的影响,研究了催化剂吸附SO_x后的再生性能,同时将合成催化剂与工业催化剂(INTERCAT公司的DeSO_x催化剂)的DeSO_x性能进行了比较.结果表明,随着反应温度的升高,催化剂的SO_x吸附容量出现一极大值;水热处理使催化剂的SO_x吸附容量减小;在本实验条件下,体系中的最佳氧气浓度在0.5%—0.8%(V)之间;720℃时,三个系列催化剂的DeSO_x性能均优于INTERCAT催化剂,但再生性能比INTERCAT催化剂略差.
Three series of DeSO_x catalysts were synthesized by coprecipitation method: copper catalysts, cerium catalysts and copper-cerium catalysts.The composition of the catalyst and the hydrothermal treatment were investigated under the conditions of fluidized catalytic cracking (FCC) respectively.The reaction temperature, The effect of oxygen concentration on the adsorption capacity of SOx was studied, and the regeneration performance of SOx catalyst was studied. The DeSOx performance of the catalyst was also compared with that of industrial catalyst (DeSOx catalyst from INTERCAT Co.). The results showed that with the increase of reaction temperature High, the catalyst SO_x adsorption capacity appears a maximum; Hydrothermal treatment of the catalyst to reduce the adsorption capacity of SOx; Under the experimental conditions, the best oxygen concentration in the system between 0.5% -0.8% (V); 720 ℃, the DeSO_x performance of the three series of catalysts are better than the INTERCAT catalyst, but the regeneration performance is slightly worse than the INTERCAT catalyst.
