本刊讯(记者霍太茹)新修订的《中华人民共和国广告法》(主席令第二十二号)将于201 5年9月1日起施行,其中明确规定:酒类广告不得含有下列内容:(一)诱导、怂恿饮酒或者宣传无节制饮酒;(二)出现饮酒的动作;(三)表现驾驶车、船,飞机等活动;(四)明示或者暗示饮酒有消除紧张和焦虑,增加体力等功效。同时还规定,酒类广告不得在针对未成年人的大众传播媒介上发布。此酒类广告禁令应引起酒企的高度重视,积极承担引导消费者健康饮酒,理性饮酒、拒绝酒驾,预防
Our correspondent (Huotai Ru) newly revised “Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China” (Chairman Order No. 22) will come into effect on September 1, 2015. It clearly stipulates that alcohol advertisements shall not contain the following contents: (1) Induce, encourage drinking or promote uncontrolled drinking; (2) Appear to drink alcohol; (3) Express the activities of driving a car, a boat or an airplane; (4) Explicitly or imply that drinking alcohol can eliminate tension and anxiety and increase physical strength effect.
