激光扫描共聚焦显微镜 (LSCM)由于具有高分辨率、高灵敏度、“光学切片”、三维重建、动态分析等优点 ,为基础医学与临床医学的研究提供了有效手段。本文就LSCM在树突状细胞 (DC)的形态学、免疫荧光分析、缝隙连接、功能研究中的应用作一综述。
Because of its high resolution, high sensitivity, “optical sectioning”, three-dimensional reconstruction and dynamic analysis, LSCM provides an effective means for the study of basic medicine and clinical medicine. This review summarizes the applications of LSCM in morphological, immunofluorescent analysis, gap junction and functional studies of dendritic cells (DCs).
