萝卜所含的纤维木质素有抗癌作用。纤维木质素可提高巨噬细胞吞噬细菌、异物和坏死细胞的功能,从而加强人体的抗癌能力;萝卜还含有糖化醇素,也能分解致癌物亚硝胺,从而起到防癌作用。中国预防医学科学院的科研人员,通过多年的潜心研究,证实萝卜中含有抗肿瘤活性物质——干扰素诱发剂对食管癌、胃癌、鼻咽癌、子宫颈癌等,均有显著抑制作用。萝卜的防癌保健功能要发挥得好,要讲究食用方法:
