冯康声乐教授、硕士研究生导师、男高音歌唱家。曾任山东师范大学音乐学系主任、中国教育学会声乐专业委员会副秘书长等职。1982年以优异成绩毕业于山东师范大学艺术系音乐专业并留校任教,1982-1985年于中央音乐学院声歌系助教进修班深造学习,主要致力于声乐演唱与理论的教学和研究承担《声乐演唱技巧》、《声乐演唱与理论研究》、《声乐教学法》等课程。主编、参编了十余部国家及省级教材, Feng Kang vocal music professor, master tutor, tenor singer.
