本方法采用Nova -PakSilica色谱柱和紫外检测器 ,以异辛烷 +乙酸乙酯为流动相 ,对试样中稀禾定、氟磺胺草醚含量进行液相色谱分离、测定。稀禾定和氟磺胺草醚的变异系数分别为0 .81%和 0 .96 % ;回收率分别为 99.4 %~ 10 0 .4 %和 99.7%~ 10 0 .7% ;线性相关系数分别为 0 9979和 0 9988
Nova-Pak Silica column and UV detector were used in this method. The iso-octane + ethyl acetate was used as the mobile phase to determine the contents of sparse sulfamethoxazole and fomesafen in the sample by liquid chromatography. The coefficients of variation of spironolaf and fomesafen were 0 .81% and 0 .96%, respectively; the recoveries were 99.4% ~ 100.4% and 99.7% ~ 100.7% respectively; the linear correlation coefficients were 0 9979 and 0 9988
