对重庆两江大桥不同开孔形式(苹果形、钥匙形和圆形)的正交异性板交叉细节疲劳行为进行了疲劳试验研究和有限元分析。结果表明:开口肋正交异性钢桥面板模型竖向和横向双轴疲劳试验中,在竖向荷载作用时,钥匙形开孔处比苹果形开孔处的桥面板和加劲肋应力大很多;在横向荷载作用时,钥匙形开孔处横隔板应力比苹果形开孔处大;其他情况下2种开孔形式应力分布基本一致;苹果形开孔相比于钥匙形和圆形开孔形式,其疲劳性能最优;建议开口肋正交异性板构造横隔板开孔形式采用苹果形。
The fatigue test and the finite element analysis of the cross-sectional fatigue behavior of orthotropic plates with different hole shapes (apple-shaped, key-shaped and circular) in Chongqing Liangjiang Bridge were carried out.
