为了研究离合器不同结合位移时压盘的温升特性。首先,分析了压盘的传热机理,确定出压盘的热边界条件;然后利用CATIA建立了压盘三维模型,运用ANSYS对模型进行网格划分,并对压盘温升特性进行了仿真计算,得到了不同结合位移时的压盘的温度场分布规律和温升特性曲线;最后利用离合器综合性能试验台对仿真结果进行了试验验证。
In order to study the temperature rise characteristics of the pressure plate when the clutch is combined with different displacements. Firstly, the heat transfer mechanism of the pressure plate is analyzed to determine the thermal boundary conditions of the pressure plate. Then, a three-dimensional model of the pressure plate is established by using CATIA, the model is meshed by ANSYS, and the temperature rise characteristics of the pressure plate are simulated The temperature field distribution curve and temperature rise characteristic curve of the pressure plate with different combined displacement were obtained. Finally, the simulation results were verified by the comprehensive performance test rig of the clutch.
