在国内经济欠发达地区,高校的广告教育疲于应付教学形式外表的摆设,而严重忽略了广告人的文化底蕴、广告实践操作技巧以及广告业界动态等教学内容,使得现行广告教育与业界需求出现明显的脱节。在文化生态视野的观照下,本文认为,改变这种教学困境的最佳良策是建立公司制的人才培养模式,其具体内涵包括培育以美育为主导的文化生态视野、模拟公司制企业文化环境、双轨制教学方式和与业界互动的远程教学等四个方面的内容。
In the underdeveloped regions of the country’s economy, the education of colleges and universities is struggling to cope with the appearance of teaching forms, and the teaching contents of the advertiser’s cultural heritage, advertising practice skills, and advertising industry dynamics are seriously ignored, making the current advertising education and industry demand appear. Obvious disconnect. Under the perspective of cultural ecology, this paper believes that the best way to change this kind of teaching dilemma is to establish a company-based talent training model. Its specific connotations include cultivating the cultural ecology vision dominated by aesthetic education and simulating the corporate culture environment of the company system. There are four aspects of the dual-track teaching method and distance teaching interaction with the industry.
