琯溪蜜柚果实内源多胺变化初探

通过对授以坪山柚花粉的溪蜜柚果实多胺的定量分析 ,并与自花授粉果实多胺含量 (对照 )进行比较 ,结果表明 ,花后 1~ 6 0d ,多胺总量与Put的变化平行 ,二者呈极显著的正相关 ,花后 90~ 15 0d ,对照果皮与果肉二者也呈极显著的正相关 ,而授粉处理的Put与总量相关性不显著 ;同时表明 ,多胺有利于座果与幼果发育 ,且具有抗衰老功能。 The quantitative analysis of the polyamines in Pisan pomelo fruit pollinated with Pingshan pomelo pollen and the comparison with the polyamines content in self-pollination fruits (control) showed that the total amount of polyamines and Put The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the changes of the two peels and the fruit peels at 90 ~ 15 days after flowering. There was also a significant positive correlation between the control peel and the flesh, but there was no significant correlation between Put and pollination. Polyamines are conducive to fruit and young fruit development, and has anti-aging function.
